Does anyone know of a resource where people can post/read about close calls during kinky play? I feel like tying someone up is inherently dangerous, and without such a resource, the only way to learn about particular hazards is from experience, which is risky. I recall seeing a post on FetLife where a guy discussed accidentally harming a partner and what they learned from it, and I found that very enlightening.
For example, I will frequently tell my wife to kneel on the bed as I begin tying her up. There have been a couple of times where I've started with her wrists, then she leans/gets nudged forward, and she has no way of keeping from falling forward. She's always landed softly and gracefully (and sexily!) on the mattress, but plenty of things could have gone wrong- I could have placed her at the edge of the bed, I could have had items on the mattress in front of her, etc.
tl;dr- there are finer points to tying someone up safely, and I'd like to discover them by reading about them instead of almost hurting my wife.
