Short answer: Yep, unethical, not safe, and not realistic. Staying as a fantasy

I realize this could potentially be a dumb question, but I figured I should be able to ask here without too much judgement.

My current favorite fantasy at this moment is having a consenting sub partner who will being deprived of three of her 5 sense (hearing, vision, taste) and is constantly stimulated, used, and punished/tortured for several days straight. Aside from the problems that can be caused by the damage from both lack of complete rest and constant stimulation without proper rest, what I am curious about the concept of "mind breaking" that was the inspiration of this fantasy.

Mind breaking, from my understanding, is where you take your sub and put them through an intense session of sexual torture or overwhelming pleasure. Hentai and some porn does add onto it by adding a dependency factor to that level of sex and torture, which kind of peeked my interest.

That said, if I were to consider this as an actual fetish of mine, I would want to ensure that I have 100% control of the situation, no risks or major issues would be placed onto my partner, and is ethical. Long story short, I am not looking to actually break someone in any sense of the word, and if this unethical or anyway impractical to make it safe, then I would rather just keep it as a fantasy. That said, if it is safe and ethical... all I would need is a partner that is consenting.

So..... thoughts?

Edit: I am aware that this is mostly a concept only found in fictional settings, but I figured a lot of fetishes/kinks come from various forms of media. In this case, it is more of a hypothetical question that I would use to redirect my ambitions and goals, to something more practical and realistic. Additionally, this is a fantasy, a dream, a day dream. More likely than not, even if there are people who have done this before, I am 100% sure I would not be doing this at the risk of irreversible and unwanted repercussions to my partner

2nd edit: Thinking about this more, I think it is more about release of inhibitions, the release of the mental restraints and social norms that makes one behave a certain way, and my partner caving into her desires for pain and pleasure, possibly only focusing in on this aspect, that is actually what I am drawn into this fictional and nonsensical (and non sane) fantasy. This could be achieve in other ways without "breaking" anyone. But I will still leave this up for other see where my mind was/is/will be going.
