App for Switches to Dominate and Submit to one another?

Is there an app (or does Obedience do this) where we can both be Dom and Sub to the other.
We would both have tasks to complete, rewards, and punishments. It needs to fully work both directions.

I already have way too many apps on my phone. I would prefer to only add one more instead of two.
