Help! My sub doesn't like pain!

I have a lovely service sub but he doesn't like pain like almost at all. And if there is any pain it's very minimal, like light spanking is allowed. No bruises or cuts allowed.

Does anyone have Domming ideas that don't include very much physical pain? Especially on the punishment side of things. My bottom really enjoys food play and humiliation and role play.

How do I humiliate him with very little to no pain involved?

I looked in the ideas section of the group and a lot of the ideas involved pain- so I need a bit of help plz! 😅
