(M Daddy dom here ) So I've been domming online formally since about may this year and it's been really fun. I did write very prolifically on Reddit and various camsites in different means and guises but it's only this year I started having formal submissives
I'm kind of auto didact in bdsm very much self taught just through interactions and so on
Got too much baggage neuroticism etc for irl atm, and that's not even including obviously the current lockdown stuff
So I only learned properly today that Dom drop was a thing from one of my subs.
And I realised I had been experiencing a lot of that because most of my subs that end up connecting to me end up being new to bdsm
So I didn't realise I was self neglecting , because I was so focused on their aftercare after a session I didn't think about my own or my mental health
How can I start to ask my existing subs that I need support for Dom drop?
What are resources I can show them so they know what to do to make it easier for me after a session?
And how do I integrate it for new subs I meet so that I don't end up feeling guilt or sad or low after a session ?
I can't believe I didn't realise Dom drop was a thing
Anyway any support for any veterans would be most welcome
Thanks
