Sub-less Dom causing anxiety and like nothing is in "control"

i have relocated to a different area and have been for about 4 years, and have yet to find a new sub/toy to train and play with. I feel like im going through withdrawals not being in control sometimes. and honestly think its causing/ triggering my anxiety this past year. anyone else out there know or feel like being able to express their kink is a form of "therapy"?
