Self-Bondage

I need some advice on what release techniques to use for when I do self bondage. I’ve been tying myself up for years, but never tried doing anything but putting my handcuff keys just out of reach and blindfolding myself then having to find them to get free. I would like to have a different method that is a little bit more advanced. I do have several friends that could be there in minutes if I absolutely needed it, but I’d like to avoid resorting to that. Thanks in advance :)
