Looking for a how to, or an instructional on setting up some sound and sight deprivation.
So far, I plan on using Hearing protection ear muffs, while she has ear buds in. Assuming to use white noise, unless there is something else that can be suggested here.
Also I intend on blind folding her and using our arm and leg restraints to strap her to the bed, so she can't move. Potentially gagging her with duct tape.
Looking for some ideas on what to use on her while she is in this vulnerable position, or anyways to make the sensory removal more effective.
