I'm looking for a specific enema shower attachment that I swear I saw years ago.

It was basically butt plug shaped, but the enema spout came up the middle and the rest was just metal and hollow to keep your asshole open to allow water to come out while water also continues to flow in. Basically allowing for a constantly flowing washing out of your rectum rather than having to do multiple rounds of instilling then releasing water like a typical enema.

Does this exist or did I make it up in my mind?
