Finding good stress punishments

Hi, I’m a newer fem dom with a very bratty sub. He loves talking back and teasing me, calling me “tiny” and “lightweight.” I’m looking for effective stress positions to use as punishment to prove him wrong—especially ones where I can add my body weight to make it more challenging.
I’m also interested in general punishments that focus on endurance or physical effort. For context, I’m 6 feet tall and 175 pounds, so certain positions could become especially intense when I apply my weight to him.
