Headache from… Face slapping? Dehydration? Sub drop?
Post Body

I enjoy being on the receiving of face slapping. My Master has done it to me responsibly during play for the past two years now.

Yesterday was an hours long session with another couple. There was one time he hit me harder than usual but it wasn’t hard enough that I gave it much thought. As things wound down and he and I packed up the car to leave, I began to form a headache. I guessed from dehydration. I should have drank more water.

The next day (today), I didn’t wake up with a headache but began to form one — mild but constant for hours. I feel hungover today even though I drank only 1.5 glasses of wine over 5 hours yesterday.

Do any of you feel hungover after a more intense session? I don’t often get headaches, so I am just trying to figure out what it came from.

No. No you don't have to "pay a price" to be a good submissive person.

Every single person who wants to do safe healthy BDSM needs to do their own independent education on it. Otherwise assholes can manipulate and abuse you. My doms (I have two) treat me with absolute love and respect at all times.

Slapping can cause concussions.

I'm constantly surprised that people don't realise that the face is near the brain... an impact to the face most likely will affect the brain. Between that and the jaw issues slapping can cause... it's a no go for me
