Hey y'all fine kinkareenos, how are you tonight? Simple question, I have one of those hollow plastic dealies with multiple holes and I want to make sure it's getting properly sanitized. Not sure if I need to somehow get in there and grout the inside, or if hot water and soap will do. Dishwasher isn't an option. Thanks in advance!

ETA: RIGHT materials, scuse. The gag itself I can manage, I know how to clean that bit. The ball is attached to it by metal rings, and the ball itself is some kind of simple plastic. I don't think it would remotely hold up to boiling, it's thin and admittedly cheap.
