Post NNN - Earn your first release

So me (M30) and my Fdom (29) are completing NNN with me caged without release since September.

Rather than having the usual release after November, we are trying to think of ideas/ challenges/predicaments to put me in where I have to achieve/complete a task in order to earn release.
