The party is a birthday party and so the goal is to take birthday party things and make them kinky. I'd like to play a version of the duck bobbing game. So for instance, there will be rubber duckies and the participants with draw one then do the activity that corresponds with the number on the bottom of the duck. I have some ideas for the activities themselves so I'm not looking for ideas, though if you have one that you've done that was easy to set up and worked beautifully as a quick, fun activity, feel free to put those too. I'll list what I've come up with so far at the end.
What I'm looking for is some ideas for enacting the game. Here is what I've come up for options with and I'd love some feedback for implementation in a group both for and against. First thing is that of course the game is consensual. No one is required to participate and can decline. They can also modify an activity to suit them.
- Implementation option 1:
folks are informed that we will be playing a game later and to think about what role (tope, bottom, switch) they'd like to participate as and put a short list together of folks they want to play with then ask for their consent. When its time for the game, the person comes up and chooses a duck then performs the activity.
Variation: everyone draws a duck at the start of the game and then I roll a dice and whoever has the duck that corresponds with the number will perform it. I could choose 3-5 people this way and the rest could keep the scene idea to incorporate into their scene later if they wanted. I could also give an opportunity for one additional person to volunteer to perform activity at the end just in case someone who really wanted to could if they weren't called on. Assumes only one number, no duplicates on the ducks
Limitations-- putting people on the spot might be uncomfortable for them. Since they don't know what the activity is ahead of time they can't have things planned out (more time for game, game could drag on too long). They won't like the activity and won't know how to modify it. Everyone gets a turn under this format. There are about 12 folks attending so it could make the game really long.
Benefits-- simple to implement. I can have duplicate numbers on the ducks for certain activities.
- Implementation option 2:
Sort of like a white elephant style to give everyone the chance to find one that works for them. When they arrive, they choose a duck. There is a number on the bottom of the duck. After the orientation, they see a list with what activity their ducky corresponds with. If they don't like their activity, they may return the ducky to the pool and choose another one. Each person gets two chances to do this. We go in order/ turns. The person has a chance to return it or not, then the next person and so on, then we start again.
Variation: Or, we just give 5 mins and everyone makes a mad dash for 5 mins to find one they like, then at the end of 5 mins they are doing whichever one they drew. They get a few minutes to grab supplies and decide how they are going to enact their scene. If they don't want to do the activity as listed, they may modify it to suit them. Can apply random choosing 3-5 people as a variation as well
Limitations-- time consuming to do turns for exchanging. I could drop it to once opportunity to exchange. Time consuming as this would mean everyone performs their scene. The mad dash exchange could get really frenzied and messy. It wouldn't limit people trying to game the system by turning over every duck to find what they want.
Benefits-- gives people more options to find something that suits them and more time to organize themselves for the scene.
- Implementation option 3:
Let attendees know what the activity is at the start of the party and they choose a duck at arrival. Let them have the first hour before the orientation to find someone with the item they would like instead and swap with them, figure out who/how they will be completing the activity, etc. Could be fun-- folks might have to offer certain things to do activity like, maybe the person won't give up the item but is willing to do the scene with the other person. We encourage bargaining/ sweetening the deal. Could be a good ice breaker and opportunity to get others to mingle.
Variation-- none, aside from the first variations randomly choosing 3-5 people
Limitations-- too complex, maybe people won't want to mingle. There are several couples attending who will likely want to do the activities with each other. Risk of people being too pushy perhaps? I could mitigate by setting groundrules. The folks attending are hand-picked and wouldn't be high risk for this.
Benefits-- I think it could be really fun to see what modifications folks come up with and it gives the most opportunity for planning amongst attendees.
What do you think? How would you implement this? Are there other things I should consider for implementation?

mad lib style (implement, activity, number of times) "name an implement", "give me a number 1-10"-- audience
clothespins-- put three on your body, someone else places them, you place on someone else. They remain for the rest of the game. If they come off early, whoever placed them decides if there will be funishment/punishment. If more are placed, there will be a reward (decided between the two of you)
human furniture-- be a foot stool for someone, have someone be your footstool for remainder of game
5 mins foot/body part worship- choose a body part and either worship it or have it worshipped
5 mins of guess the implement sensory play-- blindfold, guess tickle implement (wrong guesses can be punished later during your scene) choose to be top or bottom| |5 mins ice cube play-- choose top/bottom blindfold, play with ice with a partner for 5 minutes
roll a dice and either be edged or edge your partner that number of times tonight (not performed)
Role playing: angry boss and secretary, depraved dr and pt, teacher and student, break and enter, arrest and interrogation-- choose one for your scene later tonight (not performed)
5 mins Sensation play: clothespins, ice, tweezers & tongs, ice, vibrator, blindfold, candles, warmth, etc
Praise/humiliation-- write words of affirmation or humiliation on someone, or have them written on you
