Advice on where to find dainty, femme day collars

Hi, I saw someone post about something similar but I am wondering about a specific type of day collar and reputable brands/sellers that won’t break the bank for my dom (=/<$250 preferably).

I have very sensitive skin and would like to be able to wear mine without breaking out so anything like a 18k gold, pure sterling silver, titanium, etc should be ok. I am also very girly and like to be cute so really am not interested in thick, bulky collars or primarily leather either which unfortunately I am coming across quite frequently. I have checked on Etsy but am having little luck so far.
