Where do I look for people to talk to?

I turned 18 about 2 months ago, I've tried finding people also interested in BDSM. Fetlife, reddit, close to 20 dating apps. I cant find anyone but people advertising OF, and people trying to blackmail me. Fetlife yes go to munches, bondage 101, but hard part is their almost always during my working hours.
Are their other ways to find people who want to talk bdsm or find a relationship?
