Good morning! I'm an experienced Dom in a long-distance dynamic with a sub who's still very new at it. We lean DDlg but without age play ... we really lean into the caretaking side of it. I learned about D/s mostly through experience and discussion, and she's been very teachable. But in addition to what I teach her, I'd like to give her some reading assignments, both to help her learn and to validate that being submissive is a perfectly good and normal thing. (She has some fears about that sometimes. Less than she used to, but it still pops up now and then.) She's read plenty of dark romance and D/s fiction, so not really looking for that. I'm wondering if there's any good books, essays or articles about D/s, DDlg, the submissive mindset ... really anything you have found helpful in understanding the dynamic, its psychology, etc. Thanks all!
