I have an autoimmune disease (limited scleroderma) that causes a condition called calcinosis, where calcium deposits form in the superficial layers of the skin. There are other symptoms and issues, but this is the one that is impacting my life with sex and kink, specifically when it comes to positions.

Being on all fours is difficult because I have painful calcinosis on my elbows, and my autoimmune condition has made it so I cannot have my hands flat on a surface and have my arms straight, as it causes stretching and hardening of the skin and other tissues.

I bandage my elbows to protect them, but I cannot find a bandage or covering that doesn't come off due to friction.

I have a wedge pillow that I think might help so that I don't have to put weight on my arms, but haven't tried it yet as I'm in a new arrangement with a Dom.
