I’ve met a sub and we’ve been taking time to validate that our kinks align. They have shared that they’ve been waterboarded in the past and may be interested in it in the future.
As I consider this activity, I can rationalize how it would pass the muster of Risk-Aware Consensual Kink, as in we both know it involves the real risk of death. But I can’t see it qualifying as Safe, Sane and Consensual or Personal Responsibility Informed Consensual Kink since it is inherently unsafe.
I know I can declare this as off limits relative to my own personal play boundaries, but part of me wants to have a discussion about this being outside of the generally practiced boundaries of SSC and PRICK.
Should I be concerned by this person’s relatively extreme boundaries and steer clear? Should I have a discussion about differing philosophies? Or would it be fine to progress with the agreement that my boundaries are the outer limits?
