Labia clamps (thigh kind)

My wife and I are in our 40s and we are expanding our sex life into bdsm. Starting light with blind fold, thigh (leg ) spreader, cuffs, bed restraints, and would like a labia spreader. Any advice on a good one? Are the wrap around thigh clips overly painful? Are there ones that are comfortable and don’t pinch too hard? Thanks in advance.
