So... I love the idea of being able to do ropework, but delving into rope will near certainly trigger PTSD for me.. And I'm not crazy about how cold and rigid chains can be and would prefer something soft but tough. With that being said, I'm looking for ideas for a few things:

1. My sub loves the idea of going out while in ropes under her clothes. Obviously, I'd want to be able to order her to do it and how to do it, but being involved with ropes like this gets too close to PTSD for comfort. Any ideas?

2. When we are in person, what would be some other ideas for restrictive bondage materials with the flexibility of rope?

3. For bondage, one thing I commonly do is have her in velcro cuffs and set things up so that either one of her alters won't let her out of them (she has DID and we've had many long talks about how to work with it, it's well-managed enough that we can safely do this), or hypnotize her into not being able to move or thinking she's bound. As far as having something actually physical that would work long distance, what are some other good ideas for something that she (or her alter) could apply and safely remove if needed that would hold up well to pulling and struggling and be stronger than simple fabric cuffs with velcro?

Also... Please fuss at me if I'm making any newbie mistakes here. 😂 For all of my experience with BDSM, detailed bondage more complex than simple handcuffs and bed straps is something I have very little experience with.
