Advice on Non-physical punishment.

I’m a submissive and a brat. Bratting is a big part of mine and my doms dynamic. However I’ve had some issues in my past with bad Doms and have some trauma with physical punishments. We have writing lines, sitting in the corner, no tv control(basically my Dom controls what I get to watch). Just looking for more ideas of punishments that don’t involve anything physical. TIA.
