Although I've (39f submissive) had former Doms, my Master/boyfriend, who is far more experienced than I am in BDSM, enjoys making me ask permission or beg to orgasm, sometimes telling me to wait. I've never done this with previous partners so have no training or practice. I am REALLY struggling to control them, so would appreciate advice on where to even start! I've tried to distract myself or think of something that is a turn off, but when my favourite toys like our Hitachi wand or clit sucker are involved it seems absolutely impossible.

A few things - I generally find it very difficult to reach orgasm, I'm lucky that my Master loves to give me pleasure for as long as possible. Unfortunately I'm on a lot of medication as I'm disabled, some of which do make it difficult to climax. The biggest problem is the pain meds - I'm on 3 different types of opioids including Fentanyl, but unless I've not taken any of these for at least 12 hours I can't climax or get close, even on my own. The longer I go without the painkillers the faster and easier it is. We're currently long distance so I just try to avoid taking them when we get to spend time together.

When I'm on my own and use the toy I prefer I can sometime, rarely, cum fast, subject to medication. Masturbation is one of my set daily tasks, so I've tried to practice delaying on my own but not been able to. I've tried both alone and with my Master pulling away or removing the stimulation, obviously not something that's always possible if I'm in restraints for example, but without fail this just results in a weak orgasm, even when I've tried as soon as I can tell I'm close. Of course that's disappointing given how difficult it can be for me in the first place!

I really don't know how to work on this, I know that it's possible but I'm so frustrated with the fact that I seem to have an on/off switch depending on my medication, one I have no control over!

I don't want to disappoint my Master and of course would prefer to be capable of delaying my orgasm completely until I'm given permission so that we can both fully enjoy the ones I do have!
