Just like the title says, I need some ideas about tasks for my sub. I'm confident in my creativity when it comes to NSFW tasks, but I'm clueless when it comes to SFW. My sub is new to all this, and I want to be a good guiding Dom for her. She has trouble relaxing, so I want to incorporate some qol tasks to help her with calming down. I'd also like to add in some self-motivating tasks like "telling yourself 2 things you like about yourself" or things similar.

Any and all ideas help can even be NSFW ones. Nothing is off limits to her.
