How to meet people in the community

Hello, I'm new to being a Dom and I was wondering how or where I can meet other people in the community. I've talked to a couple of people here on reddit and things go okay then I get ghosted or there account gets deleted. I'm very quiet and shy around people so it's hard to actually start a conversation IRL. I've also seen people talk about going to a Munch to meet people and talk but I don't know how to find one or what to do there. Thanks for taking the time to read and answer.
