My Queen and I are seeking advice on the best methods for keeping your sub quiet during extreme impact play and/or punishments. I am incredibly sensitive to pain and can't help but scream when my Queen is punishing me. We've tried various gags (ball, dildo, cloth, etc.), but are curious if anyone else has any experience or advice in this area.

To give some context, we recently moved into a smaller apartment, which is very echoey and has thin walls, and we have children. Naturally, my punishments are scheduled at night, after the children are asleep. Our primary concern is keeping me quiet enough so as not to disturb/wake the kids and not be heard outside.
