Question about a new thing I found out I liked

So my new dom had me tied to my bed and he had this silicone toy that had a wiggly point to it. He put it against/in my uretha and it felt so intensely good, and I loved every second of it. Do I need to be careful about how much we do this though? Can it cause Utis, especially for people with vaginas? I really like it but want to know how much risk there is to sounding/uretha play.
