Hi all This will be a bit of a rant here but here goes. I'm 39f and I've only been active in the local dungeon community for about two years. I'm a member of a dungeon and I use my fetlife account to keep up on events and happenings. I feel absolutely accepted, welcome and free to explore my interests. The issue at hand is that last night I jumped on fetlife and discovered that my estranged brother whom I haven't spoken to in 13 years is also active in the local dungeons (not mine) My brother is dangerous and generally a waste of human flesh. Now I find myself unsure what to do after finding out he's in the community. Upon further inspection of his profile I also discovered that he is friends with an individual who was banned from the community here as well as across state lines for consent violations. I love the dungeon I belong to and the people in it as well but I'm not sure how I should handle this. If my brother ends up joining my dungeon then I'll have to leave and there would be no community for me to be a part of. Has anything like this happened to anyone else? Should I contact my DM and ask them to deny him membership if he should try to join?
