Hey everyone! I've been interested in maybe eventually trying out actual shibari and rope play. While I'm not actively experimenting right now, I want to start trying to learn little by little. One thing that I know is going to be something to work on for myself is my own flexibility. Not only have I gained more weight in the last year and weigh more than I ever have in my life (though I've always been big), but I also have zero experience in flexibility and am generally a non-athletic person 😅
I'm looking for things to help slowly get me into being able to do different stress positions or even just help me be more generally flexible. I've tried yoga in the past, but haven't found anyone on YouTube that I've clicked with enough that I actually enjoy it. Blogilates is wonderful but more pilates based, I'm more looking for suggestions (even articles, videos, books) for flexibility and generally more holding positions/stress positions to use on myself as a way to get my body started up again.
If anyone has any suggestions, please just dump them all below!! I appreciate it so much :)
