Its been about five years since I’ve had issues return and they are coming full force. For context lifelong stomach issues: acid, gas, bloating. Brain fog and horrendous full body cystic acne that almost debilitated me from age 15-27. At 27 years old i took a job for a Forestry contractor moved out into the woods on the north coast of California and went hardcore AIP for three years. It was socially isolating and awful but 100% recovery zero issues I was like a new person.

Fast forward age 35 and I’m in trouble again but with a house and a family. Trying to clean up diet and feeling like its impossible.
