45 year old diabetic male with questions about if this is a bug or something else. Iā€™m 5ā€™11ā€ 224 lbs type 2 diabetic on trulicity 3 mg and Vyvanse and this has been going on for about almost a week now. I have had the gastric sleeve surgery as well.
