45 year old diabetic male with questions about if this is a bug or something else. I’m 5’11” 224 lbs type 2 diabetic on trulicity 3 mg and Vyvanse and this has been going on for about almost a week now. I have had the gastric sleeve surgery as well.

Not sure if I have a stomach bug or something else I’m 45 years old a type 2 diabetic using Trulicity 3 mg. Also I’m Autistic with ADHD taking Vyvanse 40 mg. No changes in meds etc

I’ve been dealing with the following symptoms since at least last Tuesday: Sub grade fever (94.7) A low fever 99 Weakness Loss of appetite at least first couple days Might be dehydrated since I have been having more than normal bm’s (5-10 a day all loose but the loose part is more normal since I had the gastric sleeve surgery) Drinking water and pedilite Chills and sweats
