can i use samosa sheets for dumplings?

Since i can get em frozen and easy (living in a part of town with 0 dumpling sheets or anything)
UPDATE: made ma own dough (recipe asked for a tsp of oil) made around 15 with just 25% of the dough. I suck at folding the outer rim
