Canned vs fresh bean sprouts in stir fry?

Iām wondering how they compare to fresh if used in a stir fry, because Iām making some pad thai soon. Iām ordering online pickup from walmart (covid and all) and all they have is canned bean sprouts. I could try to order from another store, but just trying to streamline things. Thoughts?
