Hi! I'd like to start getting more regular omega-3s in my diet, and I love the idea of tinned fish. I'll admit I started on this rabbit hole from an ad on Facebook for Wildfish Cannery, but their prices seem high.
I guess my first question would be, are the prices in fact high or do they just seem that way since I'm not used to paying for a premium product? A 9oz can of smoked King Salmon is $14US.
I also took a gander at Zingermans, they have a cool looking "tinned fish trunk," as well as Patagonia Provisions, who offer variety packs of Mackerel, Salmon, and Mussels.
Also very interested in anything else that can be bought conserva, like stuffed squid, octopus, sardines, herring, etc. If I find a good source, this seems like a great way to get more seafood into my diet without packing out the freezer!
