Post Body

This Thai restaurant I go to across from my work puts this sauce on a lot of stuff when I asked he won't give me the full recipe for it but says it's mainly soy sauce and chili powder. He uses it on his Thai wings and some of his noodle dishes like drunken noodles. It does taste a lot like chili powder and soy sauce but when I made it at home it wasn't right, I tried it with fish sauce, hon dashi, miso paste, still not the same. Sometimes they buy it sometimes they make it, does it have a name? This guy is locked down with his recipes

Solved it's called prik pao sauce
