What kind of acids might work with Chicken and orzo soup
Post Body

I had some chicken bones laying around and I made a soup with what I had on hand. The end results were good but it is definitely missing something and I don't want to add more salt because I tested increased salt on a ladels worth of soup and it was too salty. Im thinking I need to add an acid, what are my options? I'm thinking a white wine but not sure if there may be a better option.

soup is chicken (dark meat only) chicken based stock, onions, celery, (didn't have carrots on hand) thyme, rosemary, red pepper seeds
