Help! I’m trying to find the crumbed cod recipe from my childhood restaurant!

When I used to live in Australia as a wee lad, there was this fish and chip shop that would sell crumbed cod and it was phenomenal. The crust was so intact and had this amazing taste!All the recipes of crumbed cod on Google and YouTube are not even close. I have the photo of what the fish looks like and I was just wondering what is the method to get in this crumb coating.
