got moved to India (from china) and looking for easy ways to cook Chinese food. I've got the numbing peppers, but are there any easy alternates to Shaoxing wine, Zha Cai (pickled mustard) and Sichuan chilli (the long red ones)?
Don't mind being creative, so give me suggestions and I'll tell you how it works out if I try it!
