Dried coriander leaf Vs fresh coriander leaf
Post Body
I make a lot of meal prep that recommends adding fresh coriander at the end. I am pretty terrible and remembering to get fresh coriander leaf in, and dried coriander leaf doesn't seem to do much adding in at the end.
Is there a different way to cook with dried coriander leaf or is it just pointless to use it dry?
Btw I'm not using dried coriander which I know is the seed ground up.
