Can anyone tell me what type of pandan cake this might be?

I had it at an event once. I don't think it was a chiffon cake, at least not typical, and it wasn't a full jelly either. But it was like a somewhat gelatinous, somewhat fluffy cake, somewhat dense and very moist. I can't find anything about it on google, but it was my favourite pandan thing ever. It was almost like the texture of pancake but full cake thickness. It had been cooked in a large square pan at a buffet type event.
