Apologies for not including a picture, it just broke my heart everytime I saw itπππ
It looked kinda alright after baking but when I tried to take it out of the mould, it LITERALLY STARTED FALLING APART! I'm not an experienced baker at all, but I've never seen something like this. It crumbled into little tiny pieces. The whole cake. So easily. This is the recipe:
Margarine: 85g
Flour: 85g
Sugar: 85g
Eggs: 1
Milk: 10ml
Compound chocolate: 20g
Cocoa powder: 5g
Spice powder: 5g
Dry fruits and nuts: 160g
Condensed milk: 15g
Baking powder: 5g
Baked at 170C for close to 50min, 500gm of batter (approx)
I would love your feedback on what went wrong! The flavor was alright, moisture was great, its just the crumbliness that ruined what was gonna be a decent cake. Thank you!
