Post Body
Hey guys, I just turned off the oven on my baked cheesecake and it is almost 3 AM. I was wondering how long I could keep it on the counter for while I sleep. (Will be removed after cooling in the cracked oven for 45 minutes)
As far as I know it should basically reach room temp to avoid cracking and condensation before placing in the fridge. Would 7 hours be way too long to leave out?
