First carrot cake (it sinked and is too moist)

I made my first carrot cake and it sinks and is too moist any help on why? I kept adding back to the oven on a lower temperature to see if it would be less moist but isn’t. Recipe: • 2 cups all-purpose flour • 2 tsp ground cinnamon • 2 tsp baking soda • 1 tsp baking powder • 1 tsp salt • 1 ¾ cups white sugar • 1 cup vegetable oil • 3 large eggs • 2 tsp vanilla extract • 2 cups shredded carrots • 1 tsp lime juice
