How to make these cupcakes more moist, butter-oil replacement ratio

I already planned on using this recipe but am afraid to use all butter and no oil as it suggests. I remember another time making a cake with only melted butter no oil and it being very dry and dense. I know butter can be replaced by oil, but what ratio of butter to oil is a good mix? Half and half? 3/4-1/4?
