What are your top “go-to” strategies for reducing anxiety? I’ll go first!
Aside from the obvious choice of medication, I would also say that the free app “Insight Timer” has been super helpful in bringing down panic attacks. My doc also recommended CBD oil and while it’s not as fast acting as prescription meds, it can really help in the right dose and is generally safer! Plus it’s good to use in situations where you want to prevent anxiety (for me, its great for going to court for work- I’m a social worker!). Please share yours!
