Hey so I’m new to this community but I was wondering if anyone could help and this seems like the right place. I’m so sorry if it isn’t

So for the past 4 years I’ve been struggling with some form of anxiety I think, I’m not really sure since I haven’t been able to go to a therapist since that’s not something my parents believe in. It kind of comes and goes but it’ll come with panic attacks just feeing awful in general, not being able to eat or sleep easily, and just feeling very nervous and anxious all day. It has gotten a lot worse recently since I broke up with my girlfriend and moved to college, she was the only one who knew what I was going through that I was close to. So to get to the actual question I was wondering if any of you had any advice on how to cope with it? Most of my strategies that I used I can’t anymore and now I mainly turn to drinking. So if any of y’all can help that would be greatly appreciated or if you know a better community I should ask instead that would help too thanks!
