I think I’m developing nervous ticks and idk how to stop it

I 24m for the past two years have been in a very terrible place mentally but in the past few months or even weeks it has gotten a lot better. Before I couldn’t really even go outside or be around people without sweating bullets or being like fully paranoid even when I was working at that time.

Now I started gradschool and I have actually been trying to be more social and open up more and it took a lot of therapy but I feel like I’m back at a point where I’m kinda stable mentally. But I’ve noticed this problem going on the past probably about month or two now.

I have started grinding my teeth and I mean uncontrollably to the point where they hurt or I don’t even intentionally know that I’m doing it like we could be in the middle of a lecture and I could be quiet and then I notice that’s it’s noticeable loud. I also have a problem with clenching my fist uncontrollably as well to the point it hurts.

Does anyone else know glow to stop tics
