So....like.....I enjoy things, I have hobbies. I like knitting, playing piano, reading, hanging out with friends, etc. But when I start to break things down and think about what I want to do, i find myself getting disgusted and maybe even anxious and so i just don't do it. Why? I was even going to school and dropped my classes because of this even though i enjoy my classes. I think it's anxiety? Like a mix of anxiety and disgust. Why does this happen? How can i fix this? I feel like this is getting worse the older I get.
