to start i am diagnosed with GAD since Janurary and have been through the ringer. Worried about heart, brain, everything. i lose sleep over this shit. now go the blood pressure monitor. it’s an OMRON. i took it once for my blood pressure and it showed the symbol for irregular pulse/heart beat so i took it again and it was gone. I checked the history of it and sometime last week when i took it that symbol also popped up. I’m terrified. I alrwdy have heart anxiety and health anxiety, not i am fucking scared shitless. I had an ekg in january after a panic attack, and i had one in march after thinking my heart was stopping. In march doc told me im completely fine and i was giving myself PVCs by stressing out. So there’s that. I’ve had a physical TWICE in a month both focusing on different things, my PCP has listened to my heart and my concerns and answered my questions. What do o do about the irregular rythym reading? I’m currently taking antibiotics for a UTI i was diagnosed with (male 22) and it’s Nitrofurantoin Mono-MCR 100 mg which i guess is the generic macrobid. Help and advice would be greatly appreciated i’m really losing my mind rn .
